The second-largest residence in a 33-story waterfront development in Brooklyn, New York’s Dumbo neighborhood hit the market on Thursday for $12.9 million.

Sitting on the 29th floor of the Olympia Dumbo development, the tallest residential building in the neighborhood standing at 407 feet, the unit has 4,565 square feet of interior living space with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. It also comes with a private terrace spanning more than 500 square feet and overlooking Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge and New York Harbor, according to the listing.  

A gallery leads to the great room with floor-to-ceiling windows that look to the private terrace, an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a den, a wet bar and a laundry room, according to the listing. 
The home features high-end finishes including maple cabinetry, stone walls, mosaic flooring and white marble countertops, the listing said.

Sales at the building are being handled by Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of the Eklund/Gomes Team of Douglas Elliman; M.Monica Novo, Peter Forsman, Melissa Post and Lindsey Donohue of The Novo Team of Douglas Elliman and Karen Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Olympia Dumbo is one of a kind—it can never be built again or duplicated. Its sheer height gives it the best views in Brooklyn,” Mr. Eklund said in a statement. 

Offering a total of 76 units, the building has more than 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a bike room and a children’s playroom.
