Manhattan’s Rose Hill Art Deco residential tower by legendary developer Rockefeller Group has announced that Penthouse A is now in contract for $18.75 million, marking one of the biggest sales in NoMad history on total price, and on price-per-square-foot, which is $4,267 per foot. The sale of three-bed three-and-a-half bathroom penthouse duplex marks a major milestone for the building and the emergence of NoMad as a luxury residential neighborhood.
